I’m the founder of LatamCent a Nearshore Recruiting & Staffing Agency.

Previously I ran a GTM consultancy, helping dozens of clients built their GTM teams, from hiring, coaching and training, I took my favorite part, hiring top talent and turned it into an agency. 

Before that I worked as the Head of Sales at Mailshake where I was hired by the CEO, who owned a portfolio of SaaS companies, he would hire people like me to build and grow their teams, and then sell the companies at a higher evaluation. 

First I built the teams in the USA but being bootstrapped SaaS we couldn’t compete with VC backed firm, so in order to hire top talent, improve EBITA, and maintain quality, I convinced the CEO to start hiring in Colombia, though he was skeptical at first (he never looked back). 

Before Mailshake I built an eCommerce consulting agency specializing in Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, Behavioral Email Marketing and Search Engine Optimization for 11 years while traveling the world. I wound the agency down in 2024 to focus 100% on helping B2B companies hire top talent.
